Paragon's blemished popcorn machines are brand new machines that did not pass the rigorous appearance standards. They have imperfections such as small scratches, misaligned labels, nicks, paint blemishes, etc. The majority of the blemished machines can't be told apart for the first quality machines. The warranty is the same as the Theater pop 4 oz first quality machines (not including appearance defects). Please be aware that this machine may take longer to ship than first quality.
